PVC Fillers

The material of PVC filler will be non-groscopic and solid or hollow in nature as perthe requirement. The dimensions of material will be stable with no joints in filler in the same coil. Each coil will have uniform diameter throughout the length. Below are the specified criteria for PVC filler.

Advantages

Surface will be smooth
Ovality will not more than 15 %. Ovality in diameter = (Dmax- Dmin/ Dmax )X100
Tolerance on diameter is ± 2.5 %
The Filler shall be wrapped round its own diameter to form a close helix of 6 turns and unwrapped
Cracks should not be appearing.
